To grill: Place chicken on surface of grill 6 to 8 inches from medium heat. Grill 18-25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
To bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp. of olive or vegetable oil. Brown chicken 4 minutes per side. Transfer to large baking dish. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
Note: When chicken breasts are cooked to perfect, juices should run clear when pierced with a fork. When cut with a knife, the meat should be opaque.
